The PPI core team consists of individuals each with 20+ years of experience in the flavors and fragrance industry.  The group is made up from engineers, technicians, and project management personnel.

PPI personnel have been directly involved in all aspects of the industry, including production, engineering, facilities maintenance, operations, supply, testing, water treatment, packaging, shipping and more.  This direct involvement with the various disciplines of the flavors and fragrance industry, has resulted in the development of a team that understands the entire operation.  Making PPI unique in its ability to complete projects with minimal disruption and resulting in a maximum return on any investment.

PPI personnel have vast experience working with projects of all sizes, in the USA and throughout the world.  Projects have ranged in size from individual lab upgrades to entire facilities, with values from $500 to $17,500,000.
